   Shopped around a lot before deciding on the Pro Ebiz 16gb with touch screen. It had a good price and all the features I wanted. Received it in a timely fashion. The packaging was top notch and the unit itself looked quite nice. It was a breeze to add files or navigate the menus. The touchscreen was responsive and easy to use as well. It could have been a bit brighter though. I had read some other reviews that stated sometimes large files would slow it down or freeze it up. I personally did not have this problem, with the largest single file I down loaded weighing in at 62mb. Above that I do not know how it would act. It was really great to be able to put so many different formats of video and music on it. Having many MB of pictures on hand to share was a real bonus also. It worked flawlessly for three months and two weeks. Then it quit working entirely. With no warning it simply cut off in mid song(the battery meter showing just over a 3/4 charge still available at the time). It will not power back up or respond in any manner. It has become as dead as the proverbial doornail. This unit was adult owned, well cared for and had suffered no shocks, bumps or any hazards that might have brought on such an un-welcome and unexpected demise. Moral of the story: Enjoy it while you can. For tomorrow it may be just a shiny, inert rectangular object. Not even heavy enough to make a good paperweight.

   This is an excellent product!

   I use it while traveling – i keep mp3’s on the regular 16GB memory, and i put video on the SD card. Works Great. Sound & Vision both excellent! (i added my own ‘phones just for personal preference) Easy to Use. Priced perfectly!

   It’s rare i enthuse about an MP3 player – but this one deserves kudos!

   I think this mp3 player is worth the money. It arrived quickly and in good condition. The instructions leave a lot to be desired, and are poorly translated, so I didn’t really bother with them. Still, I was able to figure almost everything out immediately. It’s pretty easy to use, my dad was able to use it (after I explained everything to him).

   The mp3 player did not turn on immediately out of the box, but did turn on when I plugged it into my computer. I always thought electronics came half charged, or at least charged enough to turn on the product and mess with it a little.

   This mp3 player is VERY light. It’s very portable.

   The case that came with this product didn’t fit quite right. The hole for the headphone jack was not in the right spot.

   It’s very easy to put music on it. You can open up the mp3 player’s files and copy them right in or use Windows Media player.

   The screen looks good. It’s very clear, not pixely or grainy. Only thing I can say is that if your eyesight is not good you might have a bit of trouble, since the screen is so small and it has so few non touchscreen controls.

   The touch screen is pretty good. You do sometimes have to push down a little to get it to work. It’s very easy to use with the stylus and still not too hard to use with your fingers, although some of the buttons are a little small for that.

   Overall, for the amount of memory and ease of use, this product is very fairly priced. I would recommend this.

   We shopped around and were considering an ipod touch, but this one had the features that were important to us, at a fraction of the price of the ipod. We are very pleased with the sound quality. The battery life is pretty good, and we feel we got a good value in this product.

   Very cheap..buttons, casing, etc. all felt like they would break or crack at the slightest pressure or bump. Player will not play while USB is docked in PC or car USB port. Can only transfer files while docked to computer so essentially play is only available off battery charge. More importantly the display completely died less than 3 hours out of the box. Don not bother with this one.
